  • For those interested in ordering previously featured menu items, please reach out directly to our team for availability. A surcharge will be applied based on item availability.

    We require a 20 piece minimum for limited quantity menu items, including but not limited to individual mini loaf cakes (carrot, marble, yuja) and Corn.

    Orders placed for days we are closed will have a 15% surcharge applied.

    A $75 minimum is required for all orders, excluding items that are pre-order only.

    We require 48 hours advance notice for Pre-Order Only Items, including but not limited to our Mango Tart, and Babka.

    Custom Off-Menu requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

    Corporate Gifts require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice without customized packaging.

    Customized Packaging requires at least 1 month advance notice.

    Regular pre-orders must be paid out by 8pm of the day prior to your scheduled pick up, otherwise it will be cancelled.

    Custom orders must be paid out within 24 hours of receiving an invoice, otherwise it will be cancelled.

  • If you are unable to pick-up your order, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

    While we understand that emergencies happen, guests that do not pick-up their order on the scheduled date may run the risk of cancellation with no refund.
