    **Guests with Allergies** - While we do our best to ensure we limit cross contamination, we are not an allergen-free kitchen. In addition, due to the limited space in our kitchen, we are unable to guarantee complete separation of equipment. If purchasing this package, please reach out to reservation@lyseenyc.com about whether we are able to accommodate your allergy.

  • A: We do not currently offer delivery. We do offer carry out and pre-ordered carry-out.

    For those who are unable to make our two take-out time frames in person, we suggest using a package delivery service such as Uber Package for pick-up of our products.

  • A: For easy reference, we’ve included item-specific guidelines below.

    Lysée Signature Milk:
    Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days of purchase.

    Seasonal Non-Dairy Juice & Pluot Juice:
    Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of purchase.

    Weekend Special Jams: Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days of purchase.

    Viennoiserie:
    Best consumed immediately but can be held up to 24 hours in a dry, cool place.

    Patisserie:
    Best consumed within 24 hours but can be stored for up to 2 days after purchase when kept refrigerated.

    Cookies & Shortbreads:
    Keep stored in a cool, dry place and consume within 24 hours.

    Financier & Teddy Bear Duo:
    Best when consumed within 24 hours but can be held up to 3 days in cool, dry place.

    Pound Cakes:
    Keep stored in a cool, dry place and consume within 1 week.

    Lysée Gateaux Collection:
    Keep stored in a cool, dry place and consume within 2 days.

    Granola:
    Keep stored in a cool, dry place and consume within 2 weeks.

  • Due to how delicate our patisserie items are, we do not recommend leaving them outside of refrigeration for longer than 1 hour, 30-45 minutes in warmer seasons. If you will be traveling, we are able to include ice packs upon request.

    Please keep the products as level as possible as well.

  • A: For more information on private events, please submit an event inquiry through lyseenyc.com/reservations. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

    *Please note that we request a minimum of two weeks notice in order to secure for the private events.

  • A: We do offer options for those who are nut-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free which are listed on our menu.

    While we do our absolute best to ensure the safety for our guests by limiting cross-contamination within our kitchen as well as listing each items allergens on the menu, we are not an allergen-free kitchen.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to make allergen-free desserts. We do have multiple items on the menu for those with allergies as replacements. Please reach out to reservation@lyseenyc.com for further information about those offerings.
